While creating the patient category, if you added any applicable discounts, then you will see them automatically applied to services.
Follow the steps below:
- Log in to your kulcare account
- Select ‘Manage my Practice’
- Make sure you have added a category and added the discounts that should be applicable
- Go to the Queue tab and initiate “Billing” for a patient.
- Click on “Add Service”.
- Select a service.
- You will see the discount already applied.
- You can edit it or remove it.
