Apply patient category discounts

While creating the patient category, if you added any applicable discounts, then you will see them automatically applied to services.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your kulcare account
  2. Select ‘Manage my Practice’
  3. Make sure you have added a category and added the discounts that should be applicable
  4. Go to the Queue tab and initiate “Billing” for a patient.
  5. Click on “Add Service”.
  6. Select a service.
  7. You will see the discount already applied.
  8. You can edit it or remove it.
