Reputation management is the process of monitoring how your name & brand is perceived by patients, and taking strategic action to control & improve your reputation. It has primarily to do with monitoring and protecting your online reputation on Google, social media, and other review sites.
There are two types of feedback you may receive, based on the patient experience and level of satisfaction with the specific service that they have availed – ratings & reviews.
- Rating is the feedback given through numbers or stars.
- Review is the feedback given in writing in the form of a text.
