If your patient or doctor needs to reschedule an appointment, you can easily change the scheduled date & time. To update an appointment:
- Click ‘Appointments’ on the left menu
- ‘Select Doctor’ from the dropdown on top left of the appointment screen to see their appointments
- Scroll or navigate to the appointment time (or patient name) you wish to reschedule
- Click on the ‘Edit’ icon next to the patient name
- Select updated ‘Appointment Date’ and/or ‘Appointment Time’
- Click ‘Save’
SMS confirmation with new date & time is automatically sent to the patient’s mobile number on updating the appointment
